Kath's Interview with BBC Radio Derby

Kath has been interviewed by Sally Swinfin from Radio Derby - and Karen Sykes, Head Judge at the FCI HTM and Freestyle World Championships was with her for the interview! Both Amber and Spice, two of Kath's dogs were also at the interview and were so well behaved that they never made a sound!

Sally called round to Kath's home to carry out the interview for the Aleena Naylor's Morning Show - Fri, 15 Jan 2010 which was broadcast between 10:00 am and 1:00pm.

The interview went very well. Listen again here

Hopefully, this feature will raise awareness of the sport and competition and help bring in the much needed funds required by the Team GB for the journey, accomodation and other ongoing costs.

Kath made a short video for Radio Derby on 18th August 2005 when Amber was just 16 weeks old! This was for their feature Video Nation and the video is still online for viewing.

Radio Interviews

HTM Team GB are getting very excited as the realisation of the honour that they are representing their country actually sinks in!

The Team have a lot of work in front of them for the next few months, not only training their dogs to perform stunning routines, but also having to arrange travel and accommodation for the trip. Unfortunately the HTM Team GB has to finance the entire project themselves, so they have set about raising awareness of the competition with the local media in the hope that they can find sponsorship and support.

Kath Hardman will be interviewed tomorrow morning on BBC Radio Derby between 10:00am and 1:00pm and Penny Draper will be interviewed in the studios of BBC Radio Lincolnshire on 25th January between 9:30 am and 10:30 am."
